An infrared sauna is used for treatment of many illnesses, including back pain. A steam sauna, also known as Roman bath, strengthens the body and, thanks to aromatherapy, helps to relax.

Cardio exercises improve physical condition, strengthen the heart and respiratory system, and contribute to slimming, toning and weight loss - up to 600 kcal is burned during one hour of training!
