Safety procedures and actions of Sopotorium Medical Resort implemented in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic are based on current recommendations of the Ministry of Health, the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and the World Health Organization. SAFE SERVICE

Everyone employed at Sopotorium Medical Resort undergoes a check before and after work, during which body temperature and the occurrence of cough or runny nose are verified.

If any of the illness symptoms occur, employees are not allowed to work and are advised to see a doctor.

The employees of Sopotorium Medical Resort are equipped with protective wear, including disposable masks and gloves.

All employees of Sopotorium Medical Resort have undergone training in microbiological safety and personal protection principles.

If Guests upon arrival or during the stay show any disturbing symptoms (elevated temperature, cough), Sopotorium Medical Resort reserves the right to refuse check-in or the provision of services.

Only persons checked in to the facility or using its services on the basis of prior reservation (e.g. table reservations at Cafe Bar or booking a treatment at the Medical Center or Spa) may stay at the Sopotorium Medical Resort.

Personal protective equipment (disposable gloves and masks) can be purchased at the Reception of Sopotorium Medical Resort

Safety zones have been introduced to allow keeping a safe distance between our guests and employees.

Non-contact forms of cashless payments are accepted at all Sopotorium Medical Resort points of sale, and all documentation related to the purchase of products and services (including medical documentation) is kept in electronic form.

SAFE INTERIORS

In public areas of Sopotorium Medical Resort, information on safety principles related to the prevention of COVID-19 spread has been made available, as well as antibacterial hand gels or liquids.

In public toilets of Sopotorium Medical Resort, instructions for proper hand washing have been made available.

All workstations and public places exposed to regular contact (e.g. reception desks, handrails, tables, chairs, toilets, elevators, deckchairs, exercise accessories, room cards, payment terminals) are being regularly disinfected.

There are antibacterial hand gels prepared for our Guests in all rooms

In the interests of comfort and safety of guests, as part of the preparation of rooms and treatment rooms, the following procedures were introduced:

additional internal controls to verify the cleanliness of rooms and offices

thorough cleaning and disinfection of rooms and their equipment, among others using steamers and disinfectants

the ozonation and "Internal quarantine" procedure of all rooms after Guests’ departure before re-sale.

restrictive microbiological safety rules for maintaining cleanliness and quality of washing: towels and bedding are washed at a minimum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius; the washing process is certified by the National Institute of Hygiene.

the principle of using the highest quality chemicals during cleaning, which are certified by the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.

The rule of simultaneous use of the elevator by up to two people has been introduced.

SAFE MEALS

Dishes and products available as part of breakfast and dinner are served in accordance with the current guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (including safe single-portion packaging)

The spacing between tables in the restaurant and bar rooms has been increased

The meal times at Sopotorium Medical Resort have been extended to reduce the number of people staying in the restaurant at the same time.

On request, meals and drinks are served as part of the room service or prepared in a "take-away" form.

SAFETY PROCEDURES

Internal regulations have been introduced to deal with suspected infectious disease at Sopotorium Medical Resort, including designation of rooms for isolation and procedure of contact with sanitary services.

In a situation requiring medical assistance, Sopotorium Medical Resort guests receive support from the Reception in determining the location and contacting the nearest medical unit.
